What I understand from this quotation is effective knowledge and idea communication is a necessary qualities for a leader. In addition to providing information, a leader's communication should excite and give others a sense of urgency. According to the statement, a leader's capacity to inspire others to take action is largely dependent on how well their message is received. If a leader cannot effectively convey their message and motivate others to take action, even the most valuable message will be rendered meaningless. In conclusion, the statement emphasizes how crucial communication is as a fundamental ability for successful leadership.
